Alistjob is a job search aggregation platform that collects and displays job listings from third-party employer websites. We do not create job listings, and we are not an employer. Our Service provides links to external employer career pages where you may apply for positions directly.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

4. Job Listings
Job listings displayed on Alistjob are sourced from third-party employer websites. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Listings may be removed or changed by employers at any time without notice. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our Service.
5. No Employment Relationship
Alistjob is not an employer and does not participate in the hiring process. We do not collect job applications, resumes, or personal employment information. Any application you submit is sent directly to the employer through their own application system.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alistjob and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Company logos displayed on our platform are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. API Usage
Access to the Alistjob API is subject to separate API terms and requires a valid API key. Unauthorized use of the API, including exceeding rate limits or accessing data without authorization, is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alistjob, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alistjob and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
